My name's Fletch. I’ve been living in creative departments for over 20 years.
I've grown from a dedicated Art Director working across a variety of channels with brands such as The Famous Grouse, GWR, Irn-Bru, Aldi and Sainsbury's Bank.
As a successful Creative Director I've helped large organisations like Brooke and British Heart Foundation improve their ways of working as well as creative output.
I have ideas, make them look good and help others do the same.
